breaking the sheets

snapping the legs off of the bed

tumbling in the soft green moss beds

pushed up against a tree hard

in my forests while my stands

of soldiers-evergreens-stand guard

restrained between trees in the hot sun

blindfolded and sensations fly high

all the things that we could do

discover all this and more

at times I pause

and I look to the skies
