I Want to Be a Housewife

Forgive me Betty Friedan, but more than anything else in the world, even more than sex sometimes, I would actually love to be a housewife. Now I know most of you would find this disturbing in the present day scenario:

Maybe its just in the different ways we perceive the world of domestic responsibilities. Take the above sentence alone:
[b]A.[/b] Why on earth would she not if she likes to? All this talk about supporting women wanting to be themselves and how is appreciating a woman from being a housewife any different?
[b]B.[/b] "relegate" is a very strong word and to me and girls like me thats totally wrong honestly. We don't feel like we are "relegated" to someplace. We are at our homes, the place that makes us feel happy and loved, if you think I would feel relegated there, then you're so off your mark.
[b]C.[/b] kitchen? really? the term housewife clearly says that i rule the "house" I am not just the mistress of the kitchen, i am the mistress of the house bitch so let me rule in peace!
Sometimes its just down to a really bad attitude and negative connotation to something so perfect. [b][c=#BF0000]People say "ugh, that word, 'housewife' its just so wrong"[/c][/b] and [b][c=#BF0080]I like to say "Ummm Housewife! yes please!"[/c][/b] honestly, why put the effort to fix a name just to sound politically correct. Call it for what it is be proud of who you are. <3
Besides, men naturally enjoy and gravitate to feminine women who are happy and willing to serve their wants and needs as sexual and domestic partners. Its only right to say it as it is. Cause they really are out sexual and domestic partners. That's what marriage really is! Duh.. stop telling yourself its any different cause that's hogwash! 💁🏻

I’d like to share with all of you a list of traits that all men appreciate in a woman who openly embraces her natural sex role. These are a series of examples of the most significant memories of past experiences where upon showing unprovoked willingness to take on desirable feminine roles:

I went out to a movie along with some good friends once and we stopped to get some food at the local Chinese diner. I was eating with chopsticks, but noticed a guy friend having trouble as the rice was not sticky enough to pick up decent sized bites.
I asked if he wanted me to get him a fork. He scoffed “no that’s fine you don’t have to get up and get me a fork.” Which made me feel rather silly, good gosh man, its okay!.
I retorted “Oh don’t be silly it’s nothing!” and put my food down, got out of my seat, walked over to the other side and brought him back a fork with a smile and an obvious satisfaction that I helped him and made his life a little better.
Really it was something so small and seemingly insignificant, but that memory stuck with him when we met years later and he said that it was refreshing to see that I was much the same.
And even then it may seem pretty trivial, except when you find the same situation plays out and most women would think a man should fetch things himself or look after his own needs and be independent. Now there is nothing wrong with that. Except there's nothing wrong with helping out either. Really girls, soften up!
[big][c=#BF0080]2. Enjoys Cooking And Letting Him Be The Man[/c][/big]

A few weeks ago I had a guyfriend call friend and his girlfriend over to his place along with me. We were all hanging out in his living room chatting and discussing plans for the night. The topic of dinner was brought up, and the girlfriend outright said holding my hands “OMG we should both make an awesome dinner together in the kitchen and let the boys chill and play video games!”.
Needless to say we all had a fun time that night. I bonded really well with the girl too and she's one of my very good friends outside of the world I am usually in. But most importantly the thing I remember from that night was the guys calling us "What a pair of dolls" and both of us giggling as we cleaned up the plates.

I once met a man who wouldn't stop gushing about his girl who enjoyed making him feel comfortable and massaging his shoulders, neck, and back. The way he talked about her you could really see she genuinely cared about his physical state, and also recognized that he works hard and often times would come home tired and achy.
He told me about one specific memory of his was laying on his stomach on the bed in a hotel room, doing some work and answering emails on his laptop during vacation. She was busy chatting on the phone with a far-away relative who she does not talk to often, but as she was talking he felt her move over and straddle his butt and just start going at his back with her phone wedged between her ear and shoulder.
He was extremely appreciative of her selfless efforts to please him and that really speaks volumes considering all he could think of was her even when he was with me. Clearly if you wanna win your man, that's how you do it!

Personally ever since I was a girl I have always dreamed about being the perfect wife and by that i obviously mean being the perfect housewife. And I loved playing House, I used to fight just to be housewife while playing House <3
I can say that for the whole of my life I have always been excited to be a housewife and I would really love to do it when I am ready. I have sort of lived the life in bits being a girl who's always loved being at home raising my "little sisters" - feeding them, going to wash clothes with the women at the river, cleaning and washing everything, having lunch together and sitting around having lovely fun chatting and gossiping as ladies and then getting ready for the evening when the men and boys are back home again.
It is very fulfilling and fun but the sad thing is people think being a dedicated wife is a lesser job than balancing corporate jobs and housework. Well actually not! being a dedicated wife means holding the fort on your own and looking after every aspect of the home. From Gardening to the Kitchen, from his underwear to his Ties, from the kids lunchpacks to their homework its a 24x7 job that requires constant attention. And its far more rewarding than any corporate paycheck cause you get the love of your folks every moment and can spend that much more time with them.
