I Feel Uncomfortable

My sister and her family are in town visiting. She took the kids to Siegfried and Roy's Secret Garden. I went along to visit with them.

I don't recommend this place. If you're ever in Vegas and looking for somewhere to take kids, this isn't the place.
These cats are obviously distressed. They're in small cages considering how large they are. They were agitated over the crowd around them. It's upsetting to see.

I knew a vet who had a big cat rescue, and the tales of what lions and tigers went through as pets was heart-breaking. One lion had been part of an exotic dancer's act. She meant well, but fed him catfood which was not sufficient protein for him. When he arrived at the rescue nearly every bone in his body had been broken because his skeleton lacked the strength to support his size.

Yes. Owning exotic pets can be dangerous to humans and animals both.@SW-User

Vegas really isn't a place for kids. Some of the hotels tried it, it didn't work. Disneyland is for kids.
