I Have No Friends and Need Some Friends

I want a best friend. I have no friends in real life and I really want to make some. I’m socially awkward and never know what to say.

I know how that feels. I do have some real good friends.but when I meet up with them I feel really anxious and I just sit there listening and don't say anything. makes me feel so worthless at times.
