10 year old rabbit got snotty nose [I Love Rabbits]

Hi everyone I have a rabbit named Mr Bella and he 10 years old he developed this snuffles thing were he has a snotty nose lot of the time. I took him to vet. Vet said it rabbit version of TB he got it for rest of his years. Vet gave me antibiotics. But he still got a snotty nose. I even used like the steam with them oil drops for blocked nose in water . Doesn’t seem to work any ideas other then wiping his nose everyday ?
