I have a suggestion for you, be totally honest with yourself and get it done. Why work out if you are unable to control what goes into you mouth. Feed your body right and it will change and take care of you.

Stop feeding your fat ass and do not eat or drink the sweet crap. Eat a healthy two meals a day, no deserts, candy, pop (diet or otherwise) and no snacking. The bullshit that it is better to snack all day was proven to be a lie, it does not work. Your exercise should include running 3 miles 3 times per week (real running not a mix or a slow jog).
