What’s your favorite type of pie?

@bijouxbroussard I have never heard of this! What do you cook with the rice to make it sweet?

@DecafD The recipe calls for sugar and vanilla, as you’d use for rice pudding, because that’s what it is really—baked in a pie. I used vanilla wafers cookies for the crust and a light touch of vanilla bourbon.
