I’m sunburned.. uncomfortable.. my muscles ache like crazy and idk how to get them back to a relaxed state so I can work the next day… and I can’t stop sweating cuz it was 100 F* today.. 😷 so this week not so good.. but soon as my muscles learn to sleep and calm down I’ll be good..

@AuRevoir HOT shower, or super cold shower, tiger balm, get ninja chopped all over ur body, lots of remedies
