Do toe nails stop growing once you are an adult?

Or slow down, at least? I remember having it done a lot more often as a child but I am sure I only do it once or twice a year now! Or maybe I just go longer without noticing/seeing my toes so it just gets overlooked.

Ok, follow up question, how regularly do people cut theirs? What is a 'normal' amount of time? 😕
