I Dont Want to Be Like My Parents
Why do parents believe that having restrictions (of any and all kinds!) on their children is the best way to make them grow up into a “good” person?
For once, be supportive.. in something your kid does, says or about who he/she is.
Why do parents think that they own their kids just bcoz they brought them in the world?! Everything should happen the way they want. Education, money, job, boyfriends, marriage. Nothing can ever make them happy. All your decisions are always wrong, no matter what, coz you didn’t listen to them.
Be supportive if you can, or else let your kids be.
Let them be.
