I Have Been Arrested

I was arrested for shoplifting a couple of weeks ago. The officer put me in handcuffs and drove me to the police station, where they wrote a desk ticket and fingerprinted me. Fortunately, they didn't take my mugshot and I was able to get the case deferred, so it won't show up on my record.

Wow, glad you got the case deferred. It's weird they cuffed you just to write a ticket, though.

@atheistkid I think that's the standard procedure for anything more than a traffic ticket.

That sucks. I got cited for underage drinking and they didn't even run my ID.
