I Have Been Arrested
but last week a court judge ruled my arrest to be unlawful (wonder if if should still count as me being arrested)

In terms of going through the experience, yes. However, if it is expunged as a result of the unlawful arrest, you could answer that you had not been because in the eyes of the law, it never took place.
