I find it best to ROLE play with a trused partner if it's a one on one scene.
Create a story, maybe even write it down, and make sure you have all the props to complete it. The sky is the limit but you must have agreement from your partner. Depending n the role it might be an idea to set up a "safe word" in case one of you feels it is going wrong. But don't just use your safe word in that way, also know that when your safe word is not being used by your partner then everything is fine. You know the saying "there's a fine line between pleasure and pain"? The closer you can push yourself to your limits the more satisfying it will be.
