I Feel Like My Family Hates Me

They do anything to make me miserable. I just got my license on Thursday and I need to be able to go put in job apps or find out who is hiring and be able to get my own things. But even though I take care of that car: ex.: wash & wax, clean interior, and about to have and oil change and possible tire rotation done and pay for it myself, my 18 year old brother that just sits and plays xbox one all day gets to control what happens with the car. I don't know how to bring it up to my parents and have a serious talk:(
