I am sure, few in here are fans of the 'Ancient Aliens' series!
It airs on 'History Channel'!

You might have seen the movie 'Indiana Jones and The kingdom of Crystal Skull'!
In the climax, they show the alien figures interacted with the ancient Mayans and taught them about cultivation, irrigation, construction work and etc.!
Alien figures in the past were described as 'Gods'! Simply because anything superior to humans or beyond human understanding then was considered to be 'God'!
I believe that the exchnage of knowledge did take place between the anliens and civilization then!
Wonders constructed then cannot be re-constructed today even with the modern-day technology!
In case, they can be re-constructed then it would not be an easy task! Likewise, it was not a 'piece of cake' task then!
Geometry, technology and architectural science was used then!
We have the evidences of what existed then but it is hard to trace the evidence of technology used in that era! It's a jig-saw puzzle and historians have been working on it since 1700's!
Yes, we humans have evolved! Yes, early man did instigate changes! However, one can not deny that people from an unknown world did visit us in the past and they did give us knowledge that vanished with the time!

Recently, a historian from Egypt discovered traces of an unknown civilization that existed 12,000 years ago!
According to him, that civilization had technology far more superior to technology today! Some natural calamity or catastrophe wiped-off that entire civilization!
