I Survived Mental and Emotional Abuse

Good for you.....what helps is to get the poison out...write about it...alot.....don't allow it to fester...it has been your baggage to carry and it is time to let it go.......it helps me to write about it....hope it works for you...... You are not alone.....and yes, you are a survivor....now share your story for your own sake and for the sake of that one person who still has to realise their own reality......

You will continuously discover areas of your psyche that have been affected. Just keep moving forward....I have loads of stories about how I am coming to terms with my situation, you might want to check them out......helps me to read them even though they are my own experiences.....

Thanks, passionfish....I'm trying to get it out and let it go...I'm just now at the point of realizing how much it's affected me. I have major trust issues for more than one reason, but the abuse I've been through is definitely a major contributor to my problem.
