I Have Naturally Curly Hair

I have 4c hair, think Afro diva from the 1970s on her black power shit.
But I tried a texturizer last fall for a looser curl pattern. Unfortunately it made my ends nearly straight. I'm terrified of hair cuts so I use a lot of conditioner and curl activator... I think I will just face the music and get a cut. I have like two different textures in my hair, it's weird.

I had a relaxer in my hair for most of my life until my mom finally let me go natural last Summer. I tried growing out my natural hair without cutting it (I'm not afraid of cutting my hair though, I've been cutting it short since 7th grade), but that was a mess. My natural hair is waaaayyy too curly so all my hair would just tangle up and fall out.
I decided to cut off the relaxed hair (most of my hair).

I care for a little mixed girl who had the most Beautiful head of curls I've ever seen! My hair is stick silky smooth straight and won't hold a curls for an hour :( (yeah we never are happy about what God blessed us with). ...lol. Human nature. I do have beautiful Thick Silky hair ,even in my layer years,no one can believe how thick straight and shiny ...and never tangled. BUT: CON: it also gives me migraines . the little mixed girl is like a Shirley Temple,Ringlets everywhere!
