That little piece of paper says you have to be born in America before you can be president. They wouldn't even amend that for Arnold.

@CallmeHopelessNotRomantic: it's how law it is. Doesn't mean you can't run for president in Colombia as well. But if you live in USA you should know English

Uh Mario, I hate to disappoint you, but the US constitution mandates that the President has to be 'natural-born', i.e. not just a citizen but someone born in this country.

yes you can be a citizen, even a Governor or Senator. But the Presidency is only open to those born in the USA.
