I Am Not Feeling Well

Ok I have not been feeling well since Monday night.i started to have a head ache then moved on to feeling really cold and chilly and aches and pains but now feeling strange and getting pain in middle of my stomach around my belly button and burning in other areas also a little pressure feeling on each side of my pelvis does anyone no the symptoms and what it is please I have had no runs and haven’t been sick.
