You can actually cook Vegestable on high heat if you want. But try to cook it about 5 minutes if so.

And if you wanna cook the whole thing quecly then you need to use a pot to seporate the Vegestables from Tomato Sauce to a simmer. After salt and pepper to taste, bring it to a boil about 2 minutes and done.

If you wanna cook it all togather then try to bring it to less heat. Make sure you use Vegestable Oil before you cook the Vegestables to make it tender and consistency. It would take at least 15 minutes

Awe well perhaps next time you should go out and eat. Someone else can do the cooking!
