I Am Underweight

That problem was resolving until today, I noticed I lost 3 lbs in a time span of less than 24 hours. But it's okay, I will continue eating sufficiently and lift weights.

I find myself repeating this so often but usually to people who are overweight who claim to have lost 10 pounds in a week.
If you haven't been ill you cannot lose more than 3 pounds a week.
Why does it appear you can? First you must weigh yourself on accurate scales with the same clothes on each time.
So assuming that you have done this and you still appear to have lost weight, the reasons are as follows; your apparent bodyweight is made up of bodyweight + level of hydration + contents of your gut. By exercising and becoming dehydrated you can easily lose 5 pounds of water. If the entire contents of your stomach and gut are cleared out you can easily lose the same weight again. Your bodyweight remains the same but you appear to weigh less.

I weigh myself every once in a while because I'm trying to gain weight by muscle. So after I workout I weigh myself. Yesterday I weighed 108, today was 105. I only wore undergarments. And I drink the same amount of water before and after a workout. (Since I carry a gallon around).

You can tell your level of hydration by the colour of your urine.
