Thinking about what to do
My wife finally finish up with college. She really wants to go away for a fun weekend. I thought about the lake. But the water is still a bit to cold. I thought we could go to Tulsa.

Why don't you ask your wife and see what she thinks??? If she really likes the lake, then she might want to overlook the temperature and just bundle up warmly for the day instead...
