I have a speech impediment
People think I'm stupid because I don't talk well. I get called retard. I'm not stupid but I have always had to take special classes in HS because I don't speak well.

One of my boys had a speech impediment. Speech therapy worked wonders for him. You wouldn’t know he ever had an issue
