I work customer service from home in a virtual call center for the last 5 years and people are rude and nasty complaining over and over about everything.i hate when they refer me as "you people" or when they use profanity. Some people are nice and respectful and it makes you want to help them but some of them, omg.

That's sad. I wonder when some people will understand that cashiers just work there. They aren't in charge of anything other than scanning items and handing out change.

Callers tell me that all the time and the automated system fir the client I work for is the worst so I hear it all the time.
