Just Finished VC Andrews Flowers in the Attic. Oh man it still gimme the creeps and I got so tense up for a fight just thinking of the story

yes I believe it will take me a long time to recover from it and usually there isnt much book that can make me feel that way.
First part of the story is pretty boring, mindless babble of a child and I skipped a lot . Takes so long for me to get to the good part.
The incest dont really bother me much. What I love most is how the children stand up for themselves and survived even though so many odds are against them. Its very enriching
