09/10/21 Had A Job Interview

Had a interview today at a restaurant. Went there met with owner outside. She asked me 4 question. Where I live? Where I work now? Do I work in a busy work environment? Do I have any kitchen food experience. I answered the first two questions. For busy work environment I said no since I work the afternoon which is quieter. For kitchen experience I had none. She mentioned several times are you good at a very very high fast pace environment. I said no because I find that it takes me a a couple weeks to get comfortable then I able to work faster. I'm noticing alot of job online dont want to train or be patience. They want someone ready to work and to do it fast. Wish more employers had more patience with people with anxiety or someone that takes a little longer to catch on to thing. Sometimes those people are those that are good employees. Anyways in the end we both thought the job wouldn't fit me. Lied to my family saying I'm waiting for a message for results. My past 2 interview having had any luck. I'm finding it hopeless to have luck in finding a job.

Shouldnt be so hard on yourself. Getting a job often depends on a bit of luck as well. Always have self-respect and self-love. You'll do fone with these two things. Good luck.

Also if you answer no to a question follow with something that may relate to the question they asked.

If you have anxiety restaurant work is not for you anyway. It is very high pressure at times. Unless youre looking to face some demons and strengthen yourself. Maybe something like a clothing store or supermarket would better fit you.
