I Have A Job Interview

The interview is this week. They called today to " ask questions about the position". I didn't recognize the number and don't usually answer my phone but decided to. She asked me 3 of those "name a time when..." questions. I was nervous but apparently I did okay since I got an interview. Was not expecting those questions at all. I was literally sweating. I asked her to skip a question and it was the last question so I held the phone feeling stupid trying to think of an answer to "name a time when you had to set a boundary with someone". I tried to buy myself time by asking her a "boundary with who? A coworker, a customer?"

God I hate those questions....I feel like they are less about your actual answers and more about you thinking quickly in a pressure situation.

@smmartydude Me too. I was like ahhh. I thought she was gonna ask about my availability or something. I feel like I'm gonna get hired. I've applied. They asked me to answer questions via email explaining why I want to work there. I gave reference upon request, now they are interviewing, and the job asks for no experience. AND it's related to my major. This job is MINE!
