I am stuck and alone!

Been stuck in foreign country due to covid-19 since March 2020! Been trying to get by, get along but everyone I have met has taken advantage of me! Ive been hospitalised, sad, hurt, abused and I am alone! I need to stand up for myself and don't know how! Please help me and give me power to rise up!

When life puts you in tough situations don't say "why me", just say "Try me".
