I am stuck and alone!

Been stuck in foreign country due to covid-19 since March 2020! Been trying to get by, get along but everyone I have met has taken advantage of me! Ive been hospitalised, sad, hurt, abused and I am alone! I need to stand up for myself and don't know how! Please help me and give me power to rise up!

Learn to say no when you need to and remember being an immigrant doesn't make you any inferior. People should treat you with respect.

@LeaDhelani if you are alone then you don't need those who try to use you either. Become stricter and more closed if you need to. If things are really bad then try to find your country's Embassy.
