@LeaDhelani Sounds like this has happened many times before and hopefully you learned to see the signs. Don't ignore them. Call it out and shut it down.

@LeaDhelani Then you sever your ties. If the issues can't be fixed then it's time to let them go to break the cycle. Seems they are taking advantage of you which is part their fault and
part your fault for letting it go on.
