Do you feel skincare products have gotten too expensive because you just feel like they should be priced like 2004?

For example, the Neutrogena Cleansing Balm. It is basically like a jar of Aquaphor and soap, and it's 12 dollars. I think it should be 6 at most. Clinique's Cleansing Balm is 20 dollars, so for 8 more you get Clinique. A cleansing balm also competes with Pond's makeup removers in the drugstore, and those are 5 to 6 dollars. Agree or disagree?
