Why can't feel content I have accomplish other things been a CNA have my phelbotomy and I was a truck driver for awhile. I"m lost feel down All I could think about since i finished high school is I want to finish college. What do I do? I"m just tired of trying I feel like its not meant for me to finish
When you can't have something right now it can rule your life. I know plenty of people who STARTED college decades older than you are.

Do one of two things. Find a way you can work toward your goal even while fulfilling your family duties. Online or a local community college or a satellite campus of a four-year school near you.

If that's not doable, then make a conscious decision to shelve it and look at it agajn three years from now - or five.

Having a college degree can be helpful in the job market, but the things you've already accomplished are street-savvy things that can be just as personally and professionally valuable. People were learning lots of things long before there was such a thing as a diploma.

I am currently 36 and only just started doing my college degree last year... I am now a second year student, have a family, have a full time job working 6 or 7 days a week... so full time study is not an option for me.

However I have registered with a Distance Learning college, which gives me some level of flexibility, although I still need to meet all assignment and exam deadline like a full time student.

This means I only get to study late at night when everyone else is asleep then wake up early the next morning with burning eyes and feeling like a zombie... but I try to push through...

Perhaps you should consider a distance learning college too?... YOU CAN DO IT!

You're still young at age 31, you can take one class each semester and it adds up. It will be rewarding in the end and you have plenty of time . I know people your age that didn't even get their associates degree.

I want you to not give up. It's obviously a very important goal for you. #Keepthedreamalive

Figure out what you really want to do before you start, so you dont needlessly take on debt. There are also tons of online and flex options that are easier to fit around a schedule. Unless of course you want the college experience so you can sow your wild oats lol.

College is expensive, no doubt about it. But, that being said, it can be worthwhile. It's a worthwhile objective. Start looking at Community Colleges/Junior Colleges, they're usually more affordable.

It's never too late to go after your dreams.

go for it. One year from now, you would be in your second year of college and few years later, you would graduate
