I Wear A Collar

Not all the time but i have a "kitten collar" which is nylon webbing underneath but it's ribbon and lace on the outside. It has 2 D rings in the back which get tied with a ribbon or sometimes padlocked. Mommy sometimes puts it on me, it has matching cuffs too.

I'd love to wear a permanent collar. With a tag that says I am the property if my Queen and her number in case I'm lost.
