Had an entertaining game of Age of Sigmar today
It was 800 points, and my Lumineth phalanx (I guess it's kind of more of a tercio?) went up against Lucas's Blades of Khorne. I managed to kill literally everything he had with mortal wounds in two and a half battle rounds (each consisting of two turns where we alternately moved and fought with our respective armies).
In the first round, his Daemon Prince was shot to death by one of my archer units; in the second, he got into combat with Eltharion who killed almost everything he had in that fight, which was a unit of Blood Warriors and Khorgos Khul - Khul managed to use his reality splitting axe to remove Eltharion. Then in my turn, Khul and the last Blood Warrior were pin cushioned by arrows. That battle round also saw his Khorgorath get into melee with one of my pike units, where it got obliterated. Finally, in the third battle round I went first, and shot his last two heroes to death.
It was amazing seeing my phalanx all painted up. I love my Lumineth.
