I Used To Be Healthy And Fit
My fit days are well behind me now but back in the day I was a multi sport athlete. Most of my time was spent running distances and weight training. I therefore naturally developed a pretty big appetite. I suffered a pretty severe foot injury during my senior year of high school that kept me pretty immobile for a while. That was when the pounds first started coming on. I continued gaining weight through college as my schedule made time for exercise difficult. My weight has gone up and down a few times but always seem to gain weight in the end. I have since embraced my fatter physique and am consistently adding more and more fat.
