I'm Just Saying

An intelligent conversation is much better than just a pretty face and nice body.

I find it very difficult to speak to the majority of people. Almost everybody thinks I am weird. I just get bored with what 9/10 conversations are about, given how trivial they are. I'll give you a recent example.

My girlfriend was annoyed at me because last week while we were on holiday, I was up at 6.30am trying to explain the mathematical transformations that underpin computer graphics. I was trying to give her some context as to why many of the mathematical topics that are taught on high school syllabuses (syllabi?) are chosen; i.e. because they have amazing applications in the real world and you must understand those underlying principals to appreciate how complex technology is built up through layers of abstraction. I think many teachers neglect the context of the topics they teach, so students don't see the point in learning them.

When someone asks me a question, whereas most people reply with a one or two line answer. I feel it is a crime to do so unless it is justified. My mind races so fast, I cannot even begin to put it all down on paper. It is like a book is writing itself for me but my hands simply cannot move fast enough to extract it.

I find intelligent conversations the most satisfying by far. I like being intellectually challenged or I get bored very quickly, and at that point I have to pretend I am enjoying myself out of tact. A pretty face and a nice body have very little relation to intelligence ('little' and not 'none' because there are genetic arguments that could be made in favour of that).

@Ascentience: very well said. What's the problem sometime is men are logical being while we women are the emotional being. We might relate to such Mathematical equation but not.totally into unless we are on the same field. Rather woman can much relate if we talked about something emotional. Which is so frightening to some men as they find it too personal to talk about..

See man and woman are different but somehow they can find something interesting to talk about. More than just barely complementing each other's physical attributes and sexual things.

Yes indeed they're just a bonus 😂 Although intellectually does come rare a bit like common (rare) sense ;)
