Thoughts on .22 small game rifles, what's important to you?

Nice part of .22 rifle is the ammo is plentiful and killing small game it is the better weapon. No blasting to animal into pieces with shotgun or with a high powered handgun or rifle. Killing rabbits, squirrels, and birds .22 are good weapons for these hunts.
