I Love The Smell Of Clean Laundry And Linen

Sadly I made the mistake today of hanging my washing out on the washing line, and one of my housemates went out and smoked near it. Now my bed smells like tobacco. So much for that clean laundry smell. -_- I'll kill Karl for that.

Fresh linen on the line and blue summer skies of my youth, yes--nothing like it. At times you can take a walk at starry twilight on a summer evening, as dryer vents on cozy -lit bungalows pour out a bouquet of softner/detergent aroma into the air.
