Being born with a handicap doesn't make you any less of a person. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I have followed courage and hope this far. And for that I am a much stronger person than I ever was. You can do it too.

I was born with phocomelia that affected both arms. Having been this way all my life is all I've ever known. May have been dealt a bad hand, but I make do and survive. I lead a good and active life.

I don't believe anyone is handicapped. Its the inner strength and courage that makes anyone to push further to reach heights. Realizing that is the key to every human being.

@benhailin I believe denying the existence of physical or mental handicaps isn't the answer. I believe understanding that they can be overcome is.
