I Feel Like No One Understands How Deeply I Am Hurting

Maybe no one needs to understand, today has been one of those days when my emotions are all over the place. I'm angry, sad, tearful and sensitive. Why? That's a good question. I am sad about my past, I'm angry for the way my life turned out, I'm upset about the my present circumstances and I'm crying because I'm quiet certain that life has a lot more of these miserable days instore for me. Stay positive? LoL what a joke, easier said than done!
