If you read my last story you'd probably know why. I just feel like sleeping for hours and hours, or staring blankly at something. I promise I'm usually positive, I don't want to come off as "that crazy SW user chick"

You don't have to apologize for your emotions. I don't know who made the rule that theres something wrong with you if you're not positive 24/7 but its a bunch of baloney. Relax, feel and heal yourself at your own pace

I would recommend something that will induce sleep, preferably delta sleep bc sometimes nightmares happen in REM sleep
