How can you tell if it's real and not just wishful thinking? :/

A vision will have an air of familiarity and urgency.
It will generally be much more detailed, precise, and pinpoint.

Sometimes it is you’re not wanting to be present to the present situation that you find yourself in.
The spiritual way can tend people to force the seeing, vision that they read about, that they don’t want to be known as ordinary but have gifts.
