I Am Childless By Choice

I think most parents have children while they're actually pretty-much children themselves. I don't want to sound ageist about this, but really, if people knew a lot more, about relating generally, and about human development, before having children, I think we'd all be better-off - and I think educating ourselves about these things takes time and maturity. Just my thoughts.

That's the best thing. I ended up with a man I hated for 13 years because I got pregnant. It makes me so sad to know that I don't have a clue what it's like to have happy pregnancies.

I think it's a good idea to make considered choices over trying do do things fast. 🙂

Good for you, and you should be patient about finding the man you want to have a child with. This allows you time to build you future at the same time as you are seeking this man. I can tell you that you are never ready for that first child no matter how much money, time and planning goes into it either. Just choose your babies father wisely is all.

You are still young so there is no rush and you are right to wait for the man who meets your needs and those of any children you might have.

That’s ok and don’t rush it. Your choice is important both for you and your future children.
