I Think Its Rude Not To Reply To A Message

What bothers me about being left on read is the fact that I'm taking the time to write when I'm in the middle of things, but I always make time to check and reply, because I don't like to keep people waiting on my replies.

Now, I'm aware that certain messages don't require a reply, but for the ones that do, I'd love to hear the valid reason why a person can see your message but not reply to it. I also know that certain people see it and come back to it, but I'm here and you're there, so I don't know how your mind works when it comes to that stuff. I assume that you would write back, and I do have it on my mind, as ridiculous as that sounds.

In my experience, most times that I'm left on read is usually because people are busy, and if you feel concerned, there's nothing wrong with asking if you feel unsure. It's better to ask and know, then to just dodge it and not know. When it comes to this topic, I have a technique where I send a message and then I shut my phone off so I stop thinking about it. It helps so you can get back to things, otherwise you get stuck checking your phone over and over. Don't let your life revolve around your phone, people reply when they reply.

All that I'm trying to say is just let someone know. reply to them and say "Hey I'm gonna be really busy today I'll message you later" will get you alot further than not replying at al. I just don't like to play games. If you're not gonna reply to somebody don't message them especially when you talk to this person in real life as well ot makes things pretty uncomfortable. that's all I'm trying to say guys

@Randomgirl95 That's understandable. I'm trying to do better, but I keep falling back on those bad habits.

@FaeLuna I get you, I do. I just get so fed up when you're in the middle of a conversation and you ask a question and they leave you on read
