I Have Really Bad Neighbours

[c=#003BB2]looks like I'm in the middle of a war with my neighbours.. damn it seems so hard to find a place where neighbours just mind their own business and leave me alone. They constantly block off the shared driveway so I cant use it, their dog keeps getting in my yard trying to attack Muffin (my cat), they make constant loud noises from parties and so on.. but yet I complained about it and I'm the one who is in the wrong apparently.. god I hate people [/c]

In the United Kingdom such a driveway would have what is called a "Right Away" legal term for access and igress on foot or horse or motor car see a Lawyer

@pone22 Well your subject to the laws of the United States and I'm subject to the laws of the United Kingdom and PlumBerries subject to the laws of Austrailia in my country this could be a "Flying Freehold" as you quite rightly mentioned one Freeholder and a number of Leaseholders or maybe a private lane called in this case the driveway whereby both have the rightaway back and fore speak to the Freeholder if there is one first and a lawyer if there isn't a Freeholder
@senghenydd I know this is late & the poster seems gone, but if someone else checks this out:

in English & American land rights traditions, you have a right to access your own property; you cannot sell a piece of land which has no owned way or easement into/out of it.

[image deleted]I've got a pretty bad neighbour myself for years she's been bitter and twisted her husband has mental health issues no doubt due to being married to her I only found out the other day that although they've been married for years she's Gay and very troubled person indeed you certainly have my symphathy if you have large friends or relatives I would suggest you invite them around just to show them next door you have large friends.

Well is there no way you can divide the driveway into parking spaces?
