Fat-shaming or self-care?

I just got asked to unfollow an account on Twitter because my body was triggering to someone... I try and be mindful of everyone but I'm not sure what to feel about that. I wouldn't have minded being muted and it would have had the same effect.

How bizarre and twisted -- like blaming the clock for being late, the ruler for being short, or the scale for being fat. Don't look if you don't like.

@canusernamebemyusername It's not even like they follow me, they obviously saw the notification and checked out my account to then decide to send that message. I would give the benefit of the doubt that it is sincere but it did hurt me a little.

@Pinkstarburst Thank you, I think that's what it was... misguided/ignorant rather than mean but you'd expect someone aware of body image issues and such would be equally careful of harming others when trying to use that as a reason
