Facebook is building an Instagram for kids aged 6-12

I personally don't think this is such a good idea, for many reasons, what are your thoughts?

Why would any parent allow free range Internet use?? It's a babysitter for them. And it's wrong for kids to be so exposed. Once that picture is out there, there's no getting it back.
