I Use Social Media

Social Media

I think it's great when you are bored or have limitations in your life to have an outlet. There's also a part especially here on FB when so many respond with just a word or a like. We don't really say what we feel. We all have different ideas as to what social media is for.

There's no real communication going on and some may think that we can brighten up our day by just seeing a picture. Maybe that's true for you and I thought it was true for me as well till I realized no one is really talking with each other. Very few do.

That makes me sad because talking with each other and sharing experiences help others to express their feelings and become aware of themselves in ways that can help us to let go of guilt and other emotions we've been carrying around since childhood.

When we communicate we may become aware that our parents and others have carried around those same emotions and have only projected theirs on to us. Anger, guilt, tension and all kinds of things continue from generation to generation and nothing really gets accomplished in our lives. We just exist and some never truly enjoy life or do what makes them genuinely happy.

I love talking and hearing stories of what others have gone through. I love hearing what others have done or are doing to heal their hurts and finally live the life of their dreams.

They don't have to be huge, they just have to be your dreams. And to live your dreams without guilt or worry that others will criticize you for taking the risks to live them.

Sometimes you have to join others in real conversation and express your true self.

Social Media can be a blessing but it also can be a curse!

EXPRESS YOURSELF AND LEARN HOW TO DO IT POSITIVELY!

MUCH LOVE AND MANY BLESSINGS I WISH FOR ALL...

PEACE!

A very good one. I think people don't feel comfortable to express because they think it makes them weak and they follow showing off how colorful their lives are.

@Riemann to an extent. Like anything I've learned in life, I think it's a process and a willingness to learn. :)
