I Love Curry
Every other friday I cook some curry from leftovers. Curry is delicious and quite easy to make. Sometimes it turns out a little weird though: Today I had to use some zucchini that was still in the fridge. But it still tastes good.
Where I live, curry powder is usually mixed with ketchup and served as a dip for sausages. It's pretty characteristic for the area. I don't eat that though. When I was little, my parents would often cook asian curry and they thought me how to do it myself.
