I Believe In The Rapture

I do not believe in the Rapture because it is not biblical. Mainly the way media presents it, non- biblical . The word is a Greek word not in the Bible . I am not being negative but if anyone can prove to me please message me but there is not any proof any where but the opposite through my experience God shown me we are going through the tribulation

All of you people judging religious “freaks” and saying all religious people are closed minded and trying to push their beliefs on you…need a wakeup call! Don’t like it? Don’t listen. I have faith and I’m proud of it! But guess what? I don’t go to church and donate money, I don’t push my beliefs on other people, but I have amazing faith in myself by having faith in him! I would rather have faith and walk “blindly” as some of you say, then walk alone and mad at the world. I also love how you stereotype and group all religious people together….their putting pressure on the government blah blah blah…u sound so hypocritical! I’m religous and I left the church a long time ago…I have a personal relationship with, as you guys put it, “the easter bunny in the sky”. I have faith, strentgh, and believe in something greater than myself. I don’t like people pressing their beliefs on me either, but grow up! Its none of your business and religion isn’t the downfall to society. Its greed, hate, and people that are so mad at their situation they blame everyone else for their problems instead of taking ownership for them! Every one of you saying people who believe are idiots or sad, are too afraid to accept the fact that God may exist…and heaven…and most importantly..hell. Too afraid to accept the fact that if they live without a care for their actions, treatment of others, and basic respect for themselves and their creator…they might burn for all eternity? If you created something so great and gave so many gifts would you maybe want a THANK YOU? You don’t have to agree with religion or be a part of it. Its your decision, but before you go pointing fingers of anger and blaming others for all of lifes problems…look in the mirror and realize how hypocritical most of you sound. I’m not saying I’m going to heaven because I love God or respect others, but I am saying I would rather have faith in something BETTER than what the world has grown into. Why not hope for that? Seems like everyones glass is half empty. It really opened my eyes today finding this site and seeing the there are a lot of people who believe in NOTHING. It sad and its why our society has turned into a circus. “If you don’t believe in something, you’ll fall for anything”...and we continue to fall for EVERYTHING…and that will be the downfall of society…falling for a false prophet. Look it up, write a blog about it and tell all of us religious people how much you hate us. Because even if you don’t believe in God or something better…I hope the hate in most of your hearts does not consume you. God Bless

study the word, and pray, because it going happen sooner than you know, no one is here to judge you,, we all have sin in life, but search the word.

only zoroastrians and Death-Cult people accept this type of world view. When you get jews screaming about the messiah blowing sheep horns in robes saying you are all gonna DIE, and the Muslims are all wrapped up in the cross and the sword, Turkish style, you start to realize that extreme religion is a death-CULT obsession.
....
Study ancient texts in India or Hebrew or Egyptian and the world is coming to an end, put on your robes and shout OM, for the End Times are Soon...

You tell em, Rexella.
Thanks, Jack.

it is in the bible...Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
This is found in .... First Thessalonians 4: 17
And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. This is found in Matthew 24: 31
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: this is found in .... First Thessalonians 4:16
this is just a few that I found.
I know you are not being nagative, some times it gets confusing to me as well.

Are those who are left behind going to have a second chance ?
Sassygirl42 · 51-55, F
@Heavenlywarrior no second chance
fellowchristian · 70-79, M
I believe, there is going to have a rapture. I also believe, the word of God that, first the man of sin will be revealed. So the scripture says, rapture will happen after great tribulation.
SW-User
@fellowchristian man of sin will definitely be revealed after the rapture...pre trib rapture is taught in the Bible!

Actually you're very wrong the word rapture is a Latin word meaning caught up and is in the early Latin editions of the New Testament.

Recently I discovered the importance of God's feast days given in Leviticus. They are an overlooked part of prophecy but very important. The four spring feasts were fulfilled at Christ's first coming and the three fall feasts are yet to be fulfilled. Feast of trumpets is the fifth and next one. It represents the rapture and Christ's marriage to the church. Google "rapture" and "feast of trumpets" to get a thorough explanation. VERY INTERESTING.

Yes brother. I have seen this and you have hit it on the head. Now, the question is do you honor the Almighty by celebrating is Holy days or Honor the devil by celebrating his holidays. God bless

Harpazo, Groucho, Zeppo, and Chico.
.....
Yet where is your classical greek education?
Is not Harpazo rooted in Hesiod and Homer?
With the greek word harpuiai, which is as a verb was harpazo, and in Latin harpyia, which is where we get the harpies from.
Homer spoke of one harpy, and Hesiod two, and later writers spoke of three.
Octpeta - the rapid one
Celeno - the one of blackness
Aello - the one like a storm
.......
Vultures with the head and breasts of a woman, fierce loathsome creatures that lived in stench and filth, which contaminated all things they came close to.

"Whatever it is, I'm against it. No matter what it is or who commenced it, I'm against it." - Saint Groucho the first Marxist, quoted by Lennon in Revolution Nine.
